Returns
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for the same product. Before returning the item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us.

Used items cannot be returned or refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us, UNLESS the item was shipped to you by mistake OR received damaged. Please reach out to us or the supplier to confirm warranty details before making a purchase.

Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, it cannot be recalled. To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@electricfires.ca. If you make a cancellation request by phone, you must also follow up with an email to info@electricfires.ca. Changes to your order can be made over the phone.
